Well after the lumber decompressionin Nov 23 all gpod but not.

Pain in bum liwer bk an leg an ankle..

L2,-3 fused them selve's ang one had L1-L2-3/4&5 DONE..

I know about bending but i want a life...

Hi @remmingtonwildhunter did the NHS give you any indications on recovery? or referal to a physio?

Yes can take up to a year had physio got a phone appointment this Friday with my surgeon so i will ask him..
