New Symptom

so this literally started today, every step I take it’s like something is being pinched in my hip joint causing excruciating pain, any ideas?

I don’t want to go the doctors if I can avoid it as I’ve already been approved for a hip replacement, hopefully soon, as I’ve been waiting a long time. And I take so many painkillers everyday so not sure what they can do or what I should do. Just wondering if anyone has had the same so I know what I’m dealing with.
