Pre and Post Operative Care

I don't know if this could help anyone, but I thought I would add this post as a new discussion, in case someone else could benefit from it.

Any operation is scary, especially if you fear that you will be unable to cope afterwards; hopefully, by knowing that there is help available, will alleviate that concern at least.
