Surgery to AC shoulder joint and Rotator cuff repair

Hello,

I've had two surgery (one on each shoulder) and have retorn the rotator cuff in my dominant side and told I have arthropathy to the joint and collar bone. I've just turned 56. Any advice ? Help? In constant pain
