New to the group
Hi all, thought I’d introduce myself as I’m new here..
My names Lee, I’m 31 and have RA. I’ve had arthritis since I was 3 years old in both my knees and both my ankles. Don’t take any medication for it as I’ve been on every drug you can think off over the last 20+ years and nothing has helped. The only thing that does the trick is steroid injections but then again they only work for so long. I’d love to be more involved within the Arthritis community because of how long I’ve had the condition and feel I could give something back to people who are newly diagnosed, especially younger people or parents of young people.
Anyway.. enough about me.. lol hope to speak to you all soon 👋

Hi @Lee93 and welcome to the online community,
It’s great to hear that you have so much experience of living with RA that you’re happy to share with others - you’ll find our members are all friendly and supportive and keen to help one another, so I know you’ll fit right in!
Have a look round the forum and join in any conversations where you feel comfortable. We have a young people’s forum that you might like to start posting in - there may be some advice you can give on there, ask any questions or just introduce yourself.
Looking forward to hearing more from you,
