How do I get diagnosed I've been told have arthritus in toe joint and wear orthotics which help massively however I feel I may have it in both knees wheres my 1st port of call to get proper diagnosis pls

Hi, @suzy999 , sorry to hear you're going through this. Arthritis differs from person to person so I don't believe there is any one solid way to guarantee a diagnosis; all you can do is continue to voice concerns to your doctor and advocate for yourself.
