Osteoarthritis jaw

Anyone on here have osteoarthritis jaw arthritis.Been clicking and banging for over a year with some pain on and off..Last 4 days agony to chew and open my mouth..How long does a flare up last .And any tips.

    @Lozza2307 resting for a weekend always seems to be a good idea, so maybe going onto fluids for a couple of days might do the same thing for your jaw. It sounds worth a go, but might need a fair number tins of soup or something.
