Other Knee problem

I was wondering if it is inevitable that my other knee will go the same way as my left knee regarding the Ost/Arthritis. It's just that over the past few days my right knee is becoming really painful especially when I'm trying to sleep.

    Hi @Gier

    Hopefully it won't and it's just that your other knee is taking the pressure off the bad knee. Do you use any walking aids to help your 'good' knee?

    If you are worried though next time you see your Dr or physio maybe it's worth asking about?

    Im sorry to say but my doctor and physio haven't helped me at all
