Osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia

Hi everyone new here 😊 I have osteoarthritis in my knees, foot and elbow as well as fibromyalgia 😪 I'm in constant pain and my current meds don't help at all. I feel like I'm not being taken seriously at the doctors. I was referred to orthopedics in June to have the swelling in my knee drained and I've been told it's gonna be months yet 😪 I go to bed in pain and wake up after little to no sleep in pain. I'm in full time work but seriously don't know how I can go on x
