    I haven’t been on here since 2023 so I’m saying another hello 👋

    It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster health wise with more downs than ups but I’m still rolling along.

    Wishing all the Mod Team a very Merry Christmas. Thank you for being here for us.
    I am now in week 7 of recovery from my hip replacement and am doing very well, I’ve even managed to lose 2 stone as well. Wishing you all the best for 2025.
