Morning Jojo how lovely a week 'off' together just the children to see to before and after school. Cats do choose their 'person' they absolutely do. I am my cat's too. It's an honour.

I had an ambulatory EEG twice once 20 years ago when I was having chest pains (after my Dad died so probably stress) it was 3 days and I didn't have a single turn!!! The last time was last year after I had a TIA that was fine it was on 48 hours I think if i remember. I think you should at least go into work for some shopping anything at all that might set one off. ((())) xxx

Well the sun's been out 🌤️and the sun's been in again 🌥️& so on today, v changeable, but still a lot lot better than yesterday. Certainly not icy 😮! I am attending to my garden furniture etc still frog, annoyingly one bolt (there's always one) won't come out of its bench slat, because the metal thread thing is moving in the wood instead so it's just turning, will have to fiddle with that somehow. At least it does look paint-uppable I think 👍️ I prefer insideness, as words go 😄. I have still not bought anything 😇 just seed compost, but I see no just cause or impediment why you shouldn't go ahead with your plant purchases, if you have their places in mind & all that. Cherry-picker and harness, well yes maybe elf & safety gone mad to use a very well-worn phrase, but maybe not such a bad idea, better than abseiling down from the overhanging tree 😱😄. I have seen my lovely speckled Mr B today pleased to say. I did wonder if you usually saw as many deer but a herd well it speaks for itself, in that I suppose you wouldn't see separate little groups. Hope you had a nice walk today. Tai chi eh Sleek, well it would be nice, especially a bit of the idealized picture, standing on sunny hillside etc looking very at one with things, might not be quite like that I'll let Elfie have first lessons and he can report back 😄. Hello Joan, well in my mind's eye I feel up to moving but I'm not very realistic always 😬 I would do it on the spot if I thought it would all work out, it's the things that can go wrong that are the problem. I was in the garden today and in 5 mins a ladder went up at the end garden to 2nd storey height, it's this sort of being overlooked I've had enough of. I did get the benefit of some time in the sun after that but still pretty cold. Things are growing though so we are going in the right direction 😊 xx

I was doing a job with pliers & screwdriver today I could have done with being amphi-dextrous, obviously some frogs & toads must be or why the prefix 😄 since the RA I have to give my left hand some jobs and it's like delegating to a trainee that's not up to it. I was cleaning moss off my patio too Stuart, it must be the day for it 😄 need to get the gutters cleared too, because sparrows turf chunks of moss back out of them as soon as I sweep. But I'm not that tidy a gardener to be honest I don't mind some. Don't do too much after the jab hope it helps 👍️ xx

Morning Stuart Glad you had your jab I hope though that you stayed inside and rested it. Did they not tell you to rest for 48 hours and move the joint as little as possible? This keeps the steroid where you need it for as long as possible. I'm sure the moss wants sweeping but it can wait a day or so. Your health is important (())

That's a good idea Jojo let your daughter stress you out in the morning before the school run that's probably your best chance to upset your heart/stress levels. It is lovely when a cat chooses you isn't it? Such an honour. I love mine so much she's an old girl now 15 and a half. I want her to stay with me forever. Paul was away working yesterday so she slept on the bed with me right next to me. I love her so much. I hope you are in a little less pain today ((())) xx

My stomach gets set off straight away by any upset too. If I'm eating then it's like my stomach shuts down and l have to stop. Very kind of you to order your Mum another screen protector I hope it comes soon and you aren't sort of getting the blame today. I must say it's no surprise to me if your BP is a little high given the last few weeks you've gone through and also your meds. Doing the tests at home should give you and the doc a better idea though.

Morning Toady Even icier this morning and I need to get out to pick up my new hand held vac the old one smelt a bit scary🔥 Paul said I can get it so have ordered it from Hurry's. I plan to take my old one to a place where they might be able to repair if for spare.

I wish wish wish I could send a video because one came up on my feed Lucy did with Elfie 8 years ago! He was singing and brushing his hair bless him. It's so funny. He is indeed our Elf and safety inspector here, but Sleek herself tends to buy anything she sees on the internet as you know. Maybe I should send her over with some of her spoils so you can help her to sell some on nosegay?

I'd love to do Tai Chi too. I have done it once or twice on spa days years ago it was lovely and gentle.

Hi all 👋 bright but cold, mustn't grumble.

Definite white frost here this morning frog if not ice, yes yours must be geographical I guess. Have been out for a little while in the sun and even put some washing out, probably to very little avail 😄. Having sanded one bench slat down the wood itself is in surprisingly good nick, it was good hardwood but after all the rain etc I didn't expect much - only the finish is flaky etc - it has had some algae etc in the grain, so it depends whether that would 'come out' through any new paint etc. Will see how I go. Probably would have to be a darkish green or brown, I do have a blueish shed like Barbara 😊 but don't want that colour for this too - anyway they won't be right next to each other so hopefully wouldn't clash 😬. Yes by all means Sleek and I can put our heads together and downsize her excess purchases, I'm sure between us we can navigate all the new nosegay t&cs and the 3½p new buyer fee or whatever nonsense they come up with next 🙄. Can't believe Elfie is old enough that there is vintage footage of him 😂 what fun he has had living with you, just imagine the boring families some elves must have. He will be attending the tea party today I'm sure 😊 love to everyone and hope you saw your friend ok, and picked up the vac too, no overdoing it 😉. xx

Joan poor you knocking yourself like that! 😣 do hope your ankle has not swelled up and definitely that nothing has had a knock on effect to your hip etc 🤞 how soon will you get the new chair? It was very cold & frosty here today hope it won't be tomorrow for the bins but will be careful. I'm not attached to this house really and don't have roots in the area either etc but you could move from the frying pan to the fire that's the trouble 🙄. Yes I'm sure stress does ook my stomach, stands to reason really tension etc, unfortunately I'm consciously or unconsciously always that way more or less so I'd have to get unstressed before I really knew how much it helped 🙄. Glad you at least looked in at group partly thanks to a cheery wave from RR (I love 'contractually bound to go in' 😂) but sorry for nice T how awful that her relatives were horrid to her 😟. Hope no more FB pests have 'respawned' as they say in computer games to take the place of the others, that is fairly astonishing subject to cause a stir on the internet the mind really does boggle, heaven knows what I would unwittingly get myself into I am best off out of it I'm sure 🤨. Oh well done LA may we know anything more about the invention or is it 'patents pending' 🤨. Very cold here hope your temps are not too far the other extreme 👋 :) xx

Hi Jojo hope your knees not too much trouble, mine were my worst problem too at one stage, I found only ibuprofen touched them much because of the inflammation but don't want to take those ideally so it was tricky. Glad you get something off the paracetamol, is it a dose advised by Drs that you are trying to cut or are you just taking them off your own bat over the counter anyway? Keep warm it's not nice today & another cold night but a degree or two up on yesterday maybe. xx
