hi I’m Cara I’m new just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis of the spine , my dr recommended this community as it’s overwhelming and lots to take in , Ive been in pain with lots of other fibro symptoms for many years and am very relieved to get my diagnosis even though none of us want this , so hi and thanks for having me x😊

    Hi @cari50 and welcome to the online community,

    A diagnosis of arthritis can feel overwhelming - as you say there is so much to take in all at once. You’ve made a great first step by joining the community because everyone here lives with arthritis of some sort and can help and support you through the first few weeks and beyond. Do have a look round the forum - the Living with Arthritis forum is a good place to start. You can see what other people have posted, join in conversations where you feel comfortable and ask any questions you may have. You’re among friends, and you are very welcome here.
