is their a super food that i could eat at night to stop my knees hurting at night

    I don't think there's any one food, but lots of people swear by the mediterranean diet as an anti-inflammatory diet. There's also ginger and tumeric teas that you could try, but as far as I'm aware, the evidence is pretty limited for any food helping.

    I hope you find it interesting. I don't know of any specific foods for late at night . I would be more inclined to take camomile tea or a similar calming drink.

    bananas are very good at night time as they have potassium which is good for muscles...helps with stiffness and cramps

    @geoffh You are more likely to benefit from removing things from your diet, particularly things your particular immune system has decided it finds offensive. There’s a Zoe Podcast on this by a rheumatologist who talks through this research. Also see my posts elsewhere in this section re diet impact. I hope you are feeling a bit better since your post.
