New to Versus Arthritis

Good morning

I am new to this , I have Osteoarthritis in my back. Just coming to terms with this as only diagnosed in March.

Lots to learn and think about .

    We are here to help you learn and think about your condition. Receiving a diagnosis is just one stage in the whole journey with arthritis and it is in itself a chance for you to pause and reassess who and where you are on that journey. We are a friendly group who offer information, friendship and support to anyone affected by living with arthritis.     Some of our members keep a health diairy, recording their symptoms and feelings. This is often a help to take to their next consultation with the GP or consultant.
