Constant pain does make life difficult as you say. Your medication regime is only just taking the edge off so you have turned to the community to ask for help and advice. We are here to help and support you and hope that all the tips from our members will help relieve some of your pain.

As well as exercise to keep your muscles and joints as flexible and mobile as possible you might consider heat and cool pads creams and gels for temporary relief on specific areas. Have you access to a swimming and /or a hydrotherapy pool? The relief from pain as the water supports your body is marvellous, you don't have to swim, just find a quiet corner and ease your joints with some light exercise.
