Sleep patterns
Does anyone else find that after a hip replacement sleeping isn't regular? Sometimes I have a great sleep other nights not so good.
I take paracetamol if I'm in pain but then I struggle to fall back to sleep.
Any good sound advice would be so helpful.

Hi @fReedom ,thanks for posting! Sleep can be such a tricky thing after something like a hip replacement — and it must be really frustrating not knowing when you’ll get a good night or not. You’re definitely not alone in this, and it’s completely understandable that it’s affecting you. I don’t have any expei In this so unfortunate can’t offer advice myself, but hopefully some of our other members will pop in and share what’s worked (or not worked!) for them when it comes to sleep after surgery. Sometimes just hearing others have gone through the same ups and downs can really help.
