Biologics and Piercings

So, I am on Tremfya Biologic for Psoriatic Arthritis and as I approach a big birthday I would love to get my nose pierced, just a small stud. It's something I have wanted since I was young but never wanted to upset my parents. Now as a soon-to-be 50 year old I want to take the leap.

I cannot get through to anyone medical to even ask about piercings and biologics. I am aware that the healing process might take longer. I just wondered if anyone has had a piercing done, did it heal ok and is there anything I should be aware of? If anyone has any good research they can point me in the direction of, that would be good too.
