i realised after i had posted i hadn’t taken any pain pills since 4am and i forgot my folic acid yesterday which is probably why i was feeling so low. Anda told me off!!

Morning Jojo I am so glad you got through the day with codeine and a heat patch. I do hope you are seeing 'someone' soon. What about some physiotherapy have you been offered any? It can help quite a bit with backs. Do they still do back belts too? I remember a friend having one for work for lifting stuff. True dachshund Ive just learned to deal with it and I don't like taking time off work unless I desperately need to luckily the heat patches are good at work. I'm in today at 2pm and finish at 6:30pm. I hope you are well and I hope you have a great day.

feeling just about okay today thank goodness. I was really starting to feel low like before my diagnosis but I think it was poor food choice. I miss eating the sweet stuff a LOT!

Hi all 👋 it's not what you call warm is it, not here anyway. Glad I had no plans.

Just a quick line, have been on the phone this morning and am off for a well-earned nap 😬 hope your Monday is going ok frog. I still forgot to mention bank hol yesterday but I'm sure everyone else but me remembers it anyway without prompting, I'm always forgetting again even if I'm up to speed one minute, it goes again 😄. No final bag decision has been made, I don't move that quickly 😬 if I could rejuvenate my old one, I like it as much as any I've seen 🤷‍♀️. I'll put my mind to it this week. I did try to buy a 2nd hand laptop off nosegay though, but was outbid 😕. What beautiful gardens 😍 sheltered away, yes that's the dream all right. All so beautifully laid out. 3 plants is quite restrained I think under the circs! I haven't done anything about the caterpillars having only just noticed, yes you would think the birds; Mr B and the regulars don't like them (it says), but house sparrows will have them. Hi to bosh who is doing very well under the current regime 👍️ aside of a bit of ookeyness which I hope goes off, yes good plan to take a bottle of water you know you can open if you do go to the cinema, all prep helps 👍️. Sorry little BR is being a bit disturbed at night, only two to go, then he probably will have just got into routine and not want to go home 🤪. Interesting bluecarb plotline about rooks who were not quite the high fliers they made themselves out to be 😉 yes a bit of brow mopping wouldn't go amiss quite often come to think of it, but people don't really have the right hankies for it nowadays, you're quite right, an own brand al fresco handypack of tissues is not the same at all is it.
