TENS machine for knee osteoarthritis

Has anyone used a TENS machine for knee osteoarthritis? If so, do they work and can you recommend one? I have looked on Amazon and there are lots of them!

    yes a domestic one worked for me for a few years but not as my condition got worse. Mind you the manufacture of the machine may have improved?

    Thank you. I can see they do cordless ones now. They are quite reasonable on Amazon but so many to chose from!
