Has anyone noticed an increase in pain and inflammation whilst we have this lovely weather.

My Knee feels swollen and tight, but with work and a busy home not much rest time.

    I had some stiffness in my hips when it got really humid the other day, it has eased off somewhat but I can still feel it. Its been a long time since I got that level of stiffness, I had forgotten how old it made me feel.
