I have osteoarthritis in the feet, knees fingers and toes possibly ankle following a bad break 18 months ago, i also have RA which ive had 20 years, applied for pip as i am struggling with a lot of things and i am in constant pain. They have scored me 0 points in every activity. Because i work part time…..im not sure how the government intend to support disabled people back into work when they wont support the ones that are already working……

Hi @shell47
I'm sorry to hear this, it's extremely frustrating. You need to appeal the decision. My advice would be to send as much medical evidence as you can gather. You can contact Citizens Advice or your local MLA office for help.
Good luck, Claudia

HI @shell47 you must request a mandatory reconsideration asap.
Then you need to get some help to do so either Citizen's advice
Don't delay. PIP (at the moment )is a non-contributory benefit and is not means tested. People who work are just as entitled to it as those who don't work. Many people get it and work. It was never meant to take the place of a person's income; rather to provide money to help disabled people with the extra costs associated with their disability, specifically those requiring help with personal care or mobility.
Best of luck
