Keeping moving
This is a constant puzzle : 'keep moving, don't stand or sit for too long'.
I'm sure many of you have that lovely feeling of sitting down when you really need to...the relief….then 20 mins later you need to get up otherwise it can be extremely painful. It's like being a human yoyo. Especially when moving is also painful..…what unearth can you do?
As an artist l can organise my work around yoyoing, but sometimes l need to sit for protracted periods.
Does anyone out there have any ideas please. I'm sure we would find everything helpful.

I've had that problem for a while as I used to have a sedentary job as a researcher. I've found just getting up for a short time every 30 mins or so and walking around the house or making a hot drink, plus doing a few stretches helps, and only takes a few minutes. Used to help me with thinking as well. x

Yes I do little and often, which works for me very frustrating but finding the whole RA and OA experience frustrating tbh.
