ulcerative colitis and Arthritis

hi I was diagnosed 3 years ago with Ulcerative pan colitis. And recently with rheumatoid arthritis which I am not really got my head around yet. I suffer also from fatigue due to my colitis, I have been advised to loose weight which is easier said than done, anyone with any positive advice please?

    Sorry to hear that you’re having a difficult time. Personally I haven’t experienced the same as what you are going through but I am sure some other members will come along and give advice.

    Regarding dealing with new diagnoses, I would just like to say that it will become easier as time goes on and you learn how to adapt to your new situation. Please utilise this platform as much as you need during this time, everyone is here for you.
