We are a friendly group, here to support anyone who is affected by living with arthritis . So we are glad you found us and hope that we can answer some of your questions and alleviate some of your concerns.

When one is first diagnosed there are so many questions and "what ifs" going round in your mind so please don't hesitate to post any concerns you may have or to have a rant or a weep when you are having a difficult day.

Many of us value this safe space to share our ups and downs, our triumphs and our "well that didn't work, how did any of you cope with this scenario ?" If you have time look round the categories there is a great variety of discussions and activities to interest you. You may well end up with lots more questions to ask !
