Arthritis in fingers hips toes ankles wrist

I got live with it but have Cimza injection every 2nd week

    A very long time and yes it helps slow it down and it's doing its job but whn weather turns like damp and cold I hurt I do have warm baths and when summer here I'm okish sun warms my bones🤗
