Carpal Tunnel

Hi, I have seen my Rheumy nurse today, she thinks the pain and discomfort in my fingers and wrists may be Carpal Tunnel, I have Severe Reactive RA but I have very little inflamation at the moment, my ESR is 5, can you give me any information about Carpal Tunnel or direct me to an organisation which may be able to help me? thanks very much jaspercatxxx
