knee pain

hello my knee pain has moved sort of lower down in the middle it gets very sore and and worse as the days goes on anyone any ideas please

    Sorry Anne, mines stuck and has been for 2 years, it's driving me mad, I know it's something or nothing that has made it stick, but it's determined not to budge, it will neither straighten properly or bend 90 degrees, so I can no longer kneel or if I fall get myself up, it makes me mad... good luck. xx
