do i need to take these pills on a regular basis to build up the effect or as required thankyou :!:

    Hi Amanda
    The usual advice is to take this drug 'as required' but if your pain is severe and constant at the moment it might be a good idea to take them regularly for a few days.
    Did the doctor who prescribed them not say how he wanted you to take them? It should say on the container.
