Hi.
Hope you can help me. I was recently advised that you can get the VAT of Mbts if you have Arthritis. Do you know how I go about this? Do I need a Consultants/Doctors letter? I forgot to ask my consultant about this yesterday. Do I have to pay all up front and then claim the VAT back?
Thanks
Debbie

Hi Debbie
I have answered your PM now! I mentioned whilst talking to the trained assistant and trying on the shoes that I had arthritis. As I was paying I was told I could have the VAT taken off because of my arthritis and I filled in a short, uncomplicated form for them.
Happy walking in your MBT's - they are wonderful
