Hi.
Further to my post on Thursday, when I ask about VAT off MBTs. None of the stores in central London seem to have a clue about what I am talking about. They know nothing of claiming the VAT off things for medical reasons and they know nothing about any form, neither did the Customer Service Centre at MBTs main office in London when I spoke to them. Can I download the form, or how do I get hold of one. Any help, guidance or advice gratefully received!

Hi Debbie
If you ring the Customs & Excise on 0845 010 9000 they will sort this out for you.
Best wishes
