thankyou everyone who said folic acid should not be taken on same day as metho i have been on metho for 3 years and allways took fa 7 days a week stoped that now take M on monday dont take FA now on sunday monday or tuesday i am feeling a lot better could be in my head but dont think so iam so angry wasnt told till you wonderful people on this fourum told me thankyou thankyou

    Really pleased to hear that you are feeling so much better, be it in your head or otherwise. That was a gross error, no one mentioning to you about not taking folic every day.

    Hope you say something about this at your next appointment.
