servre pain in wrist and elbo v hot and swollen been a month how long should i wait untill i go right i need a joint injection coz its driving me mental lol 8)

    sorry to hear that this is not calming down. As I am sure you know we are not able to offer advice. I wonder whether you'd like to give us a call and we can hear in a bit more detail what you've been doing so far.

    Has your rheumatology clinic told you that this is a flare up, or is is long - term pain?

    What does your physiotherapist recommend?
