rituximab anyone!

Hi folks
I am going into hospital this morning for my second (and last) infusion of rituximab. After the first one 2 weeks ago my RA felt no better. Has anyone else tried this new drug and did it work for you and how long did it take. I'm getting pretty desperate now as I've tried all other drugs, which all stoped working after a while.
