I have been looking after my hubby for the last 5 years since he was diagnosed with asbestosis and COPD, life has not always been easy but we have made the best of it. Hi - I wondered if you can give me any advice on how to move successfully my RA treatment following our move from Hertfordshire to Hampshire. I have had RA for 20 years and for the last few years have had a constant major flare and was finally approved in February 2013 for Cimzia. Just after receiving the approval we moved…
So, have seen the surgeon (well, his minion, he wasn't actually there) and told him that due to my new job, I want to wait until next year for my THR. I managed to hobble…
I have o/a in my left knee. I can walk ok for 30 minutes until the knee stiffens up and will not support my body weight. At this point I get out my walking stick and complete the rest of the walk in rolling motion. The movement that i find difficult at this time is lifting the leg as if climbing the stairs. Is this normal?
I have got arthritis in my knee, I have had X-rays, had physio, had a steroid injection and taken anti inflammatory and paracetamol nothing seems to help. I still am in pain, my GP has told me to learn to live with it and keep a positive attitude, which I generally do! Is there any advice. Jane
