It has been suggested by my consultant that I try Gabapentin or Pregabalin. I have looked at the medications listed in VA and there is no mention of either of these. Can you tell me whether these drugs are tried and tested please?

Hello, I have osthioarthritis in my lumber, I've lost 4 inches due to it & am now having spasms when I do any housework. I cycle for an hour & cross train for an hour at the gym, with no pain. Might you suggest any stretches please. The only one I do is to stand & lean back, which is a great feeling.
