I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis 4 years ago. At first it was my ankles then my left hip. Now my back hurts sooo much. The lower back and mid back is so painful i can't sleep or do certain activities or work. Any advice please help .
Had hip replacement on Sunday. Out on Monday. Walked round park Wed and Thurs. Feel great, bit tired at times. Walking not too bad as using crutches. My advice get padding for your crutches and don't try and don't do your routine tasks by yourself if possible. Get someone to help

I’ve had a couple of steroid injections from the physio, which have helped for a few weeks afterwards but I’m wondering what daily medications people find helpful?
