Trying to live painfree
Basically I got osteoarthritis on both my ankles. The left one is ok at the moment but the right one is causing me issues. I got AIRCAST A60 Ankle Support Brace which works well for the left but I got one for the right and I don’t feel it gives it the support that the left one does. Anyone got any advice please? I just want to live pain free. I saw online that there are trials to reduce pain for osteoarthritis but are five years away. Is there any supplements I can take?

Morning @richard10012
Sorry to hear your concerns with your right ankle.
I have used good old tuber grip for my wrists/elbows as more flexible and breathable.
However everyone different, have you spoken to your doctor consultant for a new support ??
Hopefully someone will connect soon with their advice with similar condition.
Best wishes @Naomi33

Newbie but have osteoarthritis diagnosed last year. I am 52 and was born without hip sockets and problems with feet and hands. Lived with various surgeries hip replacements/ knees and spinal surgery. But coped with it and pain then hit menopause and lack of hormones through arthritis through the roof. Arms won't straighten any more due to elbows rheumatology was a bust got told got dealt a bad card in life helpful.
Now pain is constant in knees , neck, arms and hands. Max on meds. Good days and bad tubler grip on elbows works for me too and have gloves for hands on bad days. In surgical back brace after spinal infection so walk stopped over now with stick. Indoors I cope outside use chair. Joined because some days it's needing someone to talk to when u hit rock bottom.
