Any one tryed the heated gloves and waist coats. any good?

    Sorry i did not see this and respond i have got splints so not due to see occy but im gonna ask on tueday when i have my appointment if there is anything else they can help me with. :D I have a long list of things to discuss this time ill have to take a note book of me questions as i have a few :roll: and me memorys awful this week. :roll: :roll:
    My arms are playing up and they still aint sent me my hospial date yet for my carpel clinic. and ive had this cold all week.
