We drove up to the Bourneville place and went for a tour round there all that lovely chocci saying Eat me, well all the ladies packing it.

It is a shame because as you go around it goes back to when they first started.

There were some models really looked like real people at first.

They had all the differnt wrappers they have had.

I sat down in the chair at 5 and woke about at 10. Now I can hardly walk, everything seized up.

Hi Trisher, Im not to bad thanks. I have got a bad knee after a fall.But thats getting better slowly.The knee support is helping.

Ive not had a **** since Tuesday ( i think ) The Champix tablets really work on the cravings. Just sucking on boiled sweets.
Proberly lose me teeth instead

You know B S, did you know you can shop online you know Chris so if you do that you should still be able to order what you want.

Christmas week, when we knew the weather was going to be really bad, I was worried over son, DIL and grandson being cold.

I looked up Argos and found some oilfilled heaters for them at night, I order them at a silly hour during the night and got them delivered the following day. How bad was that , they came at 9am in the morning.

Debs hope today was a good day ciggy wise? Don't beat yourself up either way please. I'm fine here peeps, had too lazy a day really but I off for hydro in the morning so will find it hard to get up and moving. At least there are pavements without snow now!

Hi Trish, you start of with a low dose of champix( tablet ) for 3 days, then double that dose for 4 days.Then you Double the dose again at day 8 & set a packing up day between 8 & 14days.
The way ive done it is start cutting down after day 3 & my cravings had gone by day7.
we have to go to a clinic at the gps evry week ( forgot how long for now) but i think the tablets are a 15wk course. Have to check the nicotine levels every week( blow in a tube) & have bp done.
The boiled sweets help, if i think about a **** i just pop a sweet in instead SIMPLES. Lot of willpower too, you have to want to give up to do it.

How do they know if you have been smoking? Can they tell?

Hi Trish, Yes you have to blow in a machine each week & it measures the nicotine level, it alarms if it reads over 20+ cigs.That was mmy 1st reading. The 2nd reading came up the same & i was mad as i'd had 2 the day before & none that day.
If it reads the same next week the machine is wrong as ive not had one for 4 days i think ( Fibro fog hitting my brain at the mo)

Good thing is mine & OHs BP is going down each week. Mine was quite high. So the smoking raised the BP. I worked out today how much were saving & lets just say next week i'll have a new coffee table & matching lamp stand.

Ive got to get to Jans for a lean too for the garden.

I cant get down til the cars repaired as were not sure about the damage as it was a front end bash. Cant do much distance.

so that will be the next thing to get,can then sit out in it to watch the birds in the morning. were planning on putting a cane sofa in it & some big pot plants ( he'll go mad at that one)
we got loads of thing we want done to the garden, so we needed to pack up for the extra cash.

Its mad when you add up what you spend,plus his cans of beer.I stopped that too.
His belly is deceasing in size already
