    If anyone is still up? It has been busy in here today and so nice to see the Webmanger posting. Hey Val that really is some achievement. :D:D My own thanks to those who keep this forum up and running it really has been a lifeline for me.

    Sorry been away a bit recently, things very busy here both at work and evenings mostly tidying up as I have a visit tomorrow from an old friend I haven't seen or spoken too for 16 years :shock: I so looking forward to it, I can't tell ya. :D

    Ange how very dare you suggest we eat funny stuff in Yorkshire :lol: We make very good tea too!!Hope the shoulders soon feel better.

    Can't see rehab in a pink mac somehow!! :?

    Been thinking of you Cris, ((())) do hope all goes well on Friday.

    Goodmorning everyone, my you are all in bed late. Are you having a lie in today?

    Right off to milk Marrigold she is moo ing and the neighbours are complaining.

    Gosh, she is about to burst, whatever is she eating?

    Right push and a pull push and pull, ooopppss it's coming out fast pull and a push
    ect ect.

    4 buckets of fresh milk. Some for the fridge some for butter and cream.

    Done the toilets, laid the tables, washed the floor.

    Get an ovaltine for me.

    Morning all i have cooked some bacon and eggs just taking the bread cakes out of the oven mmm don't they smell lovely, :shock: Trish look at all that milk you were busy last night.

    I had a long night last night, could not work out if I was up very eary of you were having a lie in last night.

    Well I hope you have seen how I had a spring clean in here??
    Just a quick egg and toasted sandwhich please ans can I have another refill for my flask.

    Will take that to the hossy with me. eeeekkkk I hate going to the hossy about myself. Don't like hubby hearing akk what is wrong with me.

    I watch him go whiter and whiter.

    Just have time to have a quick look around and get ready, Can you make me a flask of your lovely coffee, also two sticky buns with the cherries on the top.

    Hi toni val, julie,and anybody else that has been in.
    The cafe smells so nice,fresh bread cakes, fresh flowers and lavender...love that smell.
    I hope trish has got on alright at the hospital...i will have a cup of tea and pop back later :)

    Hi Barbara, Toni and Val hope you have had a nice day, i have been sat in all day waiting for rheumy to ring :roll: i can't wait in tomorrow need to buy some pressis, balloons and banners, Simon is 21 on Tuesday and as he is working the next day we are just having a chineese meal, think he will be partying at the weekend, must get the sick bucket ready :roll:

    I heard about the cafe and thought i would pop in for a visit. I've been drinking tea all day so i kinda fancy a coffee now.....

    What kind of fat free cakes are there? I may be persuaded ^_^

    Haven't had a chance to red back and must get evening duties sorted so will read back later.

    Julie thats high mine went up to 198/106 and it self righted after the drip and the neck jabs so hang in there and try not to worry. A ((( ))) and a hope it soon comes down. xx

    Ducks - everything here is fat-free, even the cream horns........this is the only place where I can pig out, so I do ALL the time.

    Julie, goodness, calm down girl...........I think I would be running about like a maniac if my BP was that high! Mind you, my BP was always on the low side under normal circumstances and then they started me on steroids..........now I'm on meds for high BP and I got pretty upset about it when they told me a couple of years ago.

    Val, it does look lovely in here today.......where did the flowers come from? See you've been pottering outside......have you had any rain today? They told us rain, but not a drop so far but been overcast all day.

    Had a bit of a day of it at work and finding it difficult to believe that I leave next week........just a few more hours left to work! By this time next week I will have retired.......I'm getting old.

    A builders will put that right, a very large one in a bucket and a couple of those cream buns I found in the fridge...mmmmm.
