    sorry it was 179/100

    poor you already had more exercise no salt lol it still up at doc 6th to get some tabs did not want to go on them but can not get it down tried everything

    Julie, Val, been there, done it and got the pills (some years ago now).
    Mine are fine, no trouble at all, no side effects.....hope you both get on as well as I have.

    I just have time for a builders, then must go and get the washing in. It's been a beautiful morning and it's all dried!

    Hi Annie think these tabs make you wee more as well so that should be interesting :shock: good job i have a super bladder :wink: ( my bladder never grew so when i was 18 had op and they made it bigger, i was one of the first to have it done in this country).
    I can't hang my washing out as it keeps raining then sun comes out for a few mins then it rains, wish it would make its mind up.
    Think its time for a drink anybody want one :?:

    Sorry about all the BP issues......hope the water tabs do the job :) They should :)

    I woke to glorious sunshine and a scattering of settled snow :) This was lovely as I aws going to a funeral. It was a very sad but lovely one - so many people there. How heart-warming for the family.

    Trisher it's good to see you :D I ahrdly evr do as you are like Dracula - only out after dark and I am out in teh day generally.

    I felt a bit better this morning. Put some of my worries in little boxes in my head. Will deal with them as they come.

    My son dil and grandson are flying home for Easter. How are you??

    My grandson is 5 now.

    \no cannot wait for them to come over. Not sure they will like the weather though it is pouring down.

    Anyone want a storm? We have a big one at the moment. I'm having a rest on the bed, the lightning is everywhere.

    Right I will have a coffee and a sticky bun with a cherry on the top.

    Those tablets Julie are going to make you worse in one way aren't they????

    It has just shell shocked me, all these new medical problems just when I thought it could not get any worse.

    When did you take the water tablets??

    You will go a lot at first, then it should ease off after that. I think it gets the excess water from your body........that is something I have never understood. They say you should drink a lot to keep your kidneys and body healthy.

    Then they give you water tablets.......which drains off the fluid so why drink that much???

    Have you stopped to think that if you watch what you eat where are your eyes on stalks in your tonsils :shock:

    I took it at about 1pm, i know how silly is that drink plenty of water :roll: ive been about 10 times already i'm knackered

    that good question well they say a square of dark choc good for you and cranberry juice helps so guess what i am getting tomorrow lol(some one posted it for me)

    Sorry I am not sure whos in, I know that julie is sitting next to the loo, poor thing...watch out for rehab..I think he fell asleep, I hope everybody has had a goodish day, sorry If I keep coming and going,we only have one laptop between 4 of us...could I have a builders please before I go...will pop back later.. :)

    Hi Barbara....Julie has been given some water tablets and they are working wekll despite the fact that she has a very good bladder so she is very tired......

    annoying sharing the laptop isnt it?
