    also i walk funny when in pain and this makes things worse more aches and pains in different places as using muscles different. hope it clears up soon.

    Nice to meet you. Val has just got me a pear cider and it is going down well. Hope the pain meds kick in soon. I love that time when they do. Its like taking a well earned break from it all. :)

    well doc said got oa but rhummy said inflimation mild lol (hurt like h***) hands feet knees hips neck you name it it hurt much better now if do not go mad lol. on naproxen, hydro, glucomine(can not get that on pres. now) and pain meds val

    I think it is scandlous about having to pay for them.

    Hi Val, Jan, Shazzie, Trish, Julie........I think I've missed someone, sorry.

    Have come in for a builders and a bowl of strawberries and cream - has Cris dropped any in today? Had a lovely day out round the locality and had (believe it or not) fish and chips for lunch and very nice too. The rain stopped before we went out and the sun came out, lovely afternoon.

    Jan, I know my legs feel heavy and achey when I have a flare and I think it is due to tension in the muscles, 'cos it's a bit of an effort for me to walk when I'm bad. I also find it difficult to relax the thigh muscles after walking, too. I found that Antistax spray helped a lot, but be warned, it's expensive! You'd probably find that any of the ibuprofen gels or creams would help; I found it murder when I tried to go to bed, it kept me awake for ages and none of the painkillers I have seems to work on it.

    Sorry you had another bad night Trish but glad you managed a nap this afternoon. I'll bottle you some sea air and send it off to you, that might help!

    Val, how big was your gazebo? I'm looking for a tiny one, just big enough for 1 or 2 chairs, don't think I will find one.

    Yes Trish thanks to my eldest, I hurt everywhere as well evev my tummy, but my pain meds are starting to kick in. I'm supposed to be meeting a friend tomrrow, not seen her in ages.

    was getting it and got quite a bit in but nice says it not proved to help oa so they stopping docs prescribing it but can pick it up in cheep shops so no prob

    Well none of them get Arthur do they? I often wonder when the Queen sits for along time, sometime hours. She never needs the loo does she??

    Jan I is :lol: I have problems with my calf muscles it snapped last year walking out of my house, that was so ruddy painfull, still have probs now they get very tight.
