Had a good nap at T time and then a quiet lazy evening, lots of rain here, very humid, full moon and the cats are all going bonkers.

Hi Hun, a bit better than last night thanks, have re organised my pregabalins so they are spaced out evenly, one at a time, through the day, which seems to have helped. I am still a bit wibbly wobbly, but that's nothing new. :roll:

I woke up early morning with the lights on, the tv on, my betnovate on my pillow, phone on the floor, goodness, I must have had a restless night.

Had a lazy evening. We have had a lot of rain the past week, which was much needed, the rivers are flowing again and the grass is green. Everything is growing like mad.

My exotic pompholyx is still blistering nicely, three more on my feet this evening, totally weird it is and damned sore. A few more on my hands too, others are drying up, then up pops another one. :roll: :roll:

Apart from that, I am FINE :shock:

Perhaps taking them too close is too much for you.

I take the Gaberpentine 3 times a day. I have 900mgs in the morning, 900mgs neat tea time and the last 900mg a little while ago.

I think I did yesterday, nearly floored me completely, didn't know what I was doing really. I thought the kitchen cupboard was the freezer :roll: OH had to get me settled to bed, then I still got myself in a pickle. Just taken last one now, along with zopiclone.

I guess we forget that we are taking so many other things as well, diazepam, amitrip, zopiclone, strong pain killers, it's a wonder we even function. My cardiologist said that if someone who was not on medication, took a days worth of my pills, it would knock them over.

Yes I can believe your doctor is right. But we get used to them.

He is not doing too bad thanks. He went to the surgery for an ECG the other day, the nurse took the trace to one of the Drs, who said stop this specific drug. Dad rang and told me and I said, no way do you stop this outright, it has to be weaned down first. Keep taking half the dose and talk to your own Dr on Monday. I know which GP said to stop it, cannot stand him, have had a few run ins in the past, when I was running a nursing home, cannot bear the man.

We are popping over to see them today, nip into M&S and go in my buggy round Tesco, you know I love my buggy, it is ace, gets the shopping done in no time.

Going to have to go rest, will have a cup of T, a biscuit, then poddle off to bed.

Suffering. My knucles have been painful now they are swollen it's weird they feel they don't belong to my fingers.
Have asked Val to make some cow pats you wrap them around your knee and it helps.

When we first did thid Val had tried to milk the cow but by it's tail so we got cow pats so I told her to wrap her feet in them with lavender. She woke up the next day I think it was and the pain had gone,

Yes it was nice to see him. He loved his Scalextric we had bought some more track and a bridge so he was over the moon.

We got that new Toy Story for the wii he loved that too,

Oh dear, what a night, not feeling so good thought I would see who was up

Oh well, will try a cup of camomile. Managed to get to my art day today. Think I have done too much plus someonehad brought turps to use with their oils, which is a big no no. She then spilt it and several of us developed sore eyes and bad throat thus setting off our asthmas. My wheezing is uncomfortable.

right, off again. Can't believe we have been back from our trip one whole week now.
