    Hi guys how y'all doing. Anyone around, didn't really manage to get in last night, was working late then too tired but good to catch up tonight. Just read back, you've all been fed well today with Val's specials. Trisher, Cris, Val, Snowball, Barbara, Bubbles, Wonky, Rose, DD, Jan, Louise, Joy and anyone I've forgott hope you are all well and not suffering too much pain and discomfort. How exciting for Toni and Rose to meet up to go to the AC meeting. I'm sure there's a branch n Leeds but not sure where they meet, I guess I should look it up really, see whats involved.

    I've had a reasonably good week (for a change), knee twinging a bit but no really bad pain as before. And strangely I am feeling better in myself than I have for a very long time (wonder if this is the mtx beginning to work???? does anyone know????)

    Anyway, I missed you all yesterday, so glad to be bsck today. Love and hugs ((((((((())))))))) to all who need them, love and hugs Brenda xxxxxxx

    Hi Barbara, how are you, I'm glad I caught up with someone tonight, was missing everyone. Its a bit strange because I could hardly walk last week and was in sooooo much pain, yet this week I just feel better all round. Knee is behaving after latest steroid jab last week, so long may it last.

    Hope you are Ok and not having too much bother with arthur.

    Hi Rose, how nice to see you, a large hot choccy please with al the trimmings, oohh thanks. Only been on metx 6 weeks so not sure if its too soon to feel any benefits but certainly feeling the side effects, those hot flushes are blooming awful. Finished work now for two weeks, yippee, hope you are well and hope it goes OK tomorrow for you and Toni.
