    Hi guys, not been around much this week, been moving offices and been really tired, so going to bed early. Anyway I've just read back over the past few days and am shocked at how poorly some of you are, I'm so sorry I haven't been around to support you guys. Must do better in future.

    I'll sign up for any pocket duties going, and Trish, I promise not to wear a cardi after the unfortunate event last time :oops: :oops: :oops: , still feel bad when I think about it. I'm off for rheumy appointment myself on Tuesday so would be glad of any support as a bit nervous about it.

    Well my friends, Trish, Cris, Jan I hope you are all feeling a bit better, sending you all lots of healing hugs (((((((((healing))))))))), wish I could do something practical for you all to help. Julie you made me laugh with visions of you on the motorway on your drip stand and all us hanging on and flying in the wind!! Debs, Bubbles, Wonky, Toni, Annie, Joy, Rose and anyone else I've forgotten, I hope you are all OK and arthur not attacking you all too much at the mo.

    There is nothing to be aprehensive about. They may take xrays, do Ultra sound and bloods. Then look at your joints and medication and if it is helping you.

    Then when you go back if it is like mine they do your blood pressure, tempreature and I have my saps done not sure if everyone does.

    I will be in the pocket with Val and Julie as we all like Jammy Dogers and custard creams. Will have sarnies as well and two bottles of wine.

    Note paper and pencil to take notes.

    Aw Trish, I'm so glad we've caught up. Thank you for your advice about Tuesday and glad to know that you will be with me. I have been really tired lately, not sure why, but been asleep by 9 every night for a couple of weeks, then waking through the night, very annoying. Your farm is looking good, you're really getting on with it now, it helps to take your mind off things and passes the time. Are you feeling any better? Love and hugs, Brenda (((()))) xxx

    Hi All,

    Just sent her a text and haven't heard yet but do hope that she was done and they found nothing. Will let you know if I hear.

    I can't remember who I saw... I think it was Coco, Toni, Val, Ange and Barbara but a big Hi to All.

    Just got a text from Julie and she has heard from Jan. The scan was clear and she is just waiting for another test and then should escape.

    We need to get on that rope eh?

    Hi to all, I've lost the plot........who did I see? Cris, Barbara, Toni.....
    Jan........Jan is hopefully on her way home (without twins) and Cris, I hope you've got those tabs!

    Had a lovely lunch.........even nicer, 'cos I really did overdo it yesterday, but it was worth it.....and reaching up this morning to catch (smallish) branches didn't help. I've not long woken from a nap and I am soooo stiff!

    Overcast here today and breezy.......glad it was such a lovely day yesterday.

    Will have a builders to loosen me up and then tackle a few domestic bits and pieces

    thanks for coming with me to the hospital - have brought in cream cakes and chocolate cake for you all - help yourselves :wink:

    I'll grab a cuppa - my third since I got back at 3.30 :lol::lol::lol::lol: boy does I get thirsty on the bus and at the hospital :roll:
