    Thanks Jean for taking the time to wish me a Happy Birthday.

    I slept for 8 hours last night and what a difference it has made! I feel so much better in myself. The Tramadol really helped. That, the new knee(even with the discomfort) and your kind wishes made it a perfect day.

    my son is 14, thankfully he hasnt grown out of liking birthday cake :lol:
