    I feel like just saying the names of what i have cos they wont have a clue!..instead i said back problems which sounds like a cop out...perhaps some medical words they havent heard of will shut them up.
    Think its best i just go to work and dont talk to anyone cos once you get chatty you open the door to be asked personal questions.
