Good luck for your THR op on Wednesday!

I hope that all your preparations for going into hospital are well in hand and that you have a little bit of time to rest up before the op.

Lots of love and (((hugs))) we'll all be thinking about you!

Having planned everything like a military operation Speedy - I did too, and it really helped! - take the next few days and have some "soft" time with S.

Buy yourself some more pretties, and smellies, and do stuff to try to take your mind of the op for now. Then positive thinking only allowed!

I wish you all the luck in the world...........Ange.

    Hi Gang,
thank you so much. I don't know what I'd do without you all offering emotional support along the way.

I finished work a day earlier and I SLEPT ALL DAY ON FRIDAY!! I think my body said enough is enough!

This weekend my focus is quality and fun time for S (which means for me too... if he is happy I'm happy)

We started reading the "H's stay in hospital" book yesterday - he closed his eyes part way through ... but started talking about it on his communication aid by evening. So that was good.

We have planned a few treats over the next few days.

Monday and Tuesday whilst he is at school I will have to buckle down to the last few chores - but that should help keep my mind occupied.

Thanks again for all the support.

It's full speed ahead for Wednesday
Hoping time in hospital speeds by
