I think I will have to start snarling and foaming at the mouth to get things moving, I explained that I live 5 minutes from the hospital and can be there asap and so let me know and I will be there!
That is ridiculous - I would get pack yourself some supplies and get someone to drop you off at A & E ....

Hi Zechariah
Willing to chain myself to the hospital door if you're anywhere in my vicinity in protest that they didn't see you immediately! I live in Hampshire. This just shouldn't happen.
Phone back and tell them that 7 June is totally unacceptable.
Regards

Hi Zech, I'm glad you have less time to wait for the appointment, though none of this should have happened ...
In the next few days be good to yourself.
Are you managing the pain ok? Are you able to get into your wheelchair?

Aw Zec, I am lost for words. I do hope that you will be asking lots of questions as to what the heck he did wrong. You sound such a good, placid guy, it should never have happened but unfortunately these things do, as I know from others, only too well. You appear to have made up your mind on the matter and you have mentioned this before so you have obviously thought about it very thoroughly for quite a long time.
If you wish to have support from us, you will surely receive it here, I promise
A gentle hug for you,

Hi Zec,
I'm only just catching up with things, been a bit 'off' ..so I'm a bit late.
This is awful .... my heart goes out to you. Wish, oh how I wish I could help you. It might be worth you gatecrashing his clinic - someone did it with the clinic I went to a couple of weeks ago and the consultant saw her ... before they saw me! Do keep battering away at them.
My best wishes to you and I hope they can get something 'undrastic' sorted for you. Good luck o Tuesday, I'll be thinking of you. (((( )))))s for you, if you'll take them ... my husb and won't mind.

thanks guys,
the pain is very high, strange as I am on 20mg Butrans patch, 2 x 30mg Codeine and 2 x paracetamol every four hours!
But as you all know, when we constantly suffer chronic pain our pain threshold goes up and we do somehow manage to cope, I am sure that if someone just suddenly got hit with the levels of pain we all deal with then they would be in a lot worse shape!
We may not realise it but we do cope, it may seem as if we don't but we do, we don't have much choice though and best of all we are all here together. You have all made this much more bearable through your genorous support...Thank you!0 -
Dear Zec, you are one very special guy.

I am absolutely - and this is a word I loathe but I cannot think of another - GOBSMACKED. Surgeons are, I suppose, the mechanics of the human body but this is astonishing. Go public. Contact your MP and local press. Shame your hospital. How many other lives has this clown wrecked? How many more are at risk? Do you have notes and copies of all communications? If not, try to assemble as much as you have. I am so sorry - feeble I know, but it's all I have to offer. DreamdaisyHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Oh Zachariah, I'm soo sorry to read this. I BET he wants to see you on Tuesday, he will be trying to cover his back. This is awful after all you have been through.
I really hope you can get the care you deserve. I'm so angry for you.
Sorry not much help, but thinking of you. love, Ix0
