    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    DD and Cris you are wasted teaching Dyxlexics and rescuing poor animals - worthy causes though both these are ... you should be writing for TV or radio ... or at least do a sketch for Comic relief ...

    Iris - don't laugh too hard ... watch those stitches ...

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Hi Cris, THAT was a luck escape - glad I sent S in first!! You could have warned us.

    A poem eh??? Amazing what is going on in that head of yours in the wee small hours!

    Hey Iris glad you have your family around you - my friend who moved in to look after S, during and straight after my op nicknamed herself Cinders!!

    Morning dorcas, I apologise for the late look-in but I am humming on steroids and I've been a very busy girl. I told myself work first, then fun, and that's what I've done.

    I hope you had a better night, tho I understand from the other thread on LWA that sickness has returned. I am so sorry, is the GA responsible, or pain? How's the swelling? (Yes, I know you can't answer but that doesn't mean I shouldn't ask!) I am thinking of you and wishing you well - it does make a big difference being at home, that's when recovery truly begins. Thinking of you. Your Diabolic Damsel.

    Hello dorcas, me again! I hope you had a better night and that you are recovering steadily. Has the swelling improved? Are you feeling more comfortable? I expect skez will fly in soon and get an update - she's been very busy with a negligent mare and brand-new foal! Rest, and take care. DD
